PARTNER WITH US

Explore a scoped collaboration with ACW Health.

This is a healthcare technology and business collaboration enquiry page. It describes the kinds of non-binding, non-confidential conversations ACW Health welcomes — and the boundaries those conversations work within. It is not an investor or fundraising page.

This page is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, securities or another investment interest. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, placement-agent, or financial advice.

ACW Health website content and collaboration discussions are intended for general informational, technology, operational, and business-enquiry purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision-making, or emergency assistance.

Do not submit confidential or sensitive material

The enquiry form is a public, non-confidential channel. You must not submit through the public form:

  • confidential business plans
  • pitch decks
  • source code
  • credentials
  • passwords
  • access tokens
  • customer lists
  • patient lists
  • medical records
  • protected health information
  • clinical notes
  • diagnostic information
  • prescriptions
  • financial statements
  • cap tables
  • valuations
  • term sheets
  • production datasets
  • security findings
  • trade secrets
  • third-party confidential information
  • other sensitive material

What an enquiry does — and does not — create

Submitting an enquiry does not create any of the following:

  • partnership
  • joint venture
  • agency
  • fiduciary relationship
  • reseller arrangement
  • referral agreement
  • employment relationship
  • exclusivity obligation
  • provider-patient relationship
  • clinical relationship
  • contractual obligation
  • authority to act for ACW Health

Any approved work requires review, due diligence, internal approval, and a separate written agreement signed by authorised representatives.

Our five-stage collaboration process

  1. Initial non-confidential enquiry

You send a short, non-confidential description of your organisation and the collaboration topic. No confidential material, attachments containing sensitive data, or proprietary proposals should be included.

  2. Internal relevance review

ACW Health reviews the enquiry internally for relevance, fit, and boundary compliance. Not every enquiry proceeds, and no response time is promised.

  3. Introductory discussion

If the enquiry fits, an introductory, non-binding conversation is arranged to understand goals, constraints, and whether a scoped topic is worth evaluating.

  4. Due diligence and scoped evaluation

Both parties conduct proportionate due diligence and evaluate a documented scope. Either side may end the process at this or any earlier stage.

  5. Written agreement before work begins

Work begins only after a written agreement covering scope, confidentiality, and commercial terms is signed by authorised representatives of both parties.

Due-diligence topics

Before any collaboration is approved, due diligence covers topics including:

  • organisation identity
  • authorised representatives
  • proposed scope
  • business purpose
  • technical requirements
  • data categories
  • privacy responsibilities
  • security responsibilities
  • healthcare and clinical responsibilities
  • regulatory implications
  • intellectual-property ownership
  • commercial terms
  • conflicts of interest
  • sanctions, fraud, bribery, and corruption risk
  • suppliers and subcontractors
  • implementation responsibilities
  • support responsibilities
  • termination responsibilities

ACW Health may decline, pause, redirect, or stop discussions at any stage.

Does submitting an enquiry create a partnership with ACW Health?

No. Submitting an enquiry does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary relationship, reseller arrangement, referral agreement, employment relationship, exclusivity obligation, provider-patient relationship, clinical relationship, contractual obligation, or any authority to act for ACW Health. Any approved work requires a separate written agreement signed by authorised representatives.

Is ACW Health seeking investors through this page?

No. This page is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, securities or another investment interest, and it does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, placement-agent, or financial advice.

Can I submit a pitch deck?

No. Please do not submit pitch decks, confidential business plans, cap tables, valuations, term sheets, or financial statements through the public form. Initial enquiries must be non-confidential.

Can I submit source code or product ideas?

No. Do not submit source code, unsolicited inventions, designs, ideas, or proprietary proposals. No licence, assignment, ownership transfer, or permission arises from an enquiry, and ACW Health may already be working independently on similar ideas.

Can I submit patient information or medical records?

No. Never submit patient lists, medical records, protected health information, clinical notes, diagnostic information, or prescriptions through the public form.

Does ACW Health provide medical advice or clinical services?

No. ACW Health website content and collaboration discussions are intended for general informational, technology, operational, and business-enquiry purposes. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision-making, or emergency assistance.

Will ACW Health sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Not automatically. Confidentiality terms are considered case by case, only after an internal relevance review and only where a scoped discussion justifies them. Confidential information should not be exchanged before an appropriate written agreement is in place.

How are enquiries reviewed?

Enquiries follow five stages: initial non-confidential enquiry, internal relevance review, introductory discussion, due diligence and scoped evaluation, and a written agreement before work begins. ACW Health may decline, pause, redirect, or stop discussions at any stage.

Are roadmap items or integrations guaranteed?

No. Roadmaps, concepts, timelines, features, integrations, and availability described publicly or in discussions are not commitments, forecasts, warranties, promises, guarantees, or result commitments, and may change without notice.

Who can sign an agreement for ACW Health?

Only formally authorised representatives may bind ACW Health. Preliminary discussions are non-binding, and preliminary statements require written confirmation in a signed agreement.

Does ACW Health accept supplier and vendor enquiries?

Yes. Suppliers and vendors may submit a short, non-confidential description of relevant products, components, or services. Supplier work requires documented scope and a written agreement before any engagement begins.

Can professionals, researchers, hospitals, clinics, or technology organisations enquire?

Yes. Enquiries from professionals, researchers, hospitals, clinics, and technology organisations are welcome for discussions that remain within the non-confidential, non-clinical, informational boundaries described on this page.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

Report suspected security issues responsibly by email to [email protected] with a high-level, non-exploitative description. Do not include security findings, exploit details, or production data in the public form, and do not test against systems without authorisation.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?

Your enquiry enters the internal relevance review stage. If it fits, ACW Health may arrange an introductory discussion. No response time is promised, and no obligation is created by submitting an enquiry.

Can ACW Health decline an enquiry?

Yes. ACW Health may decline, pause, redirect, or stop any discussion at any stage, including where legal, ethical, privacy, security, healthcare-boundary, or conflict-of-interest risks arise.
