A concept for guided questionnaires and structured check-ins that could help individuals record how they feel over time, for personal awareness and reflection.

Signal-ready wellness workflows

Potential session workflows that could incorporate consumer wellness signals such as EEG headband and heart-rate data, where an optional consumer wellness device has been separately evaluated for intended use, compatibility, privacy, security, and data quality.

Immersive wellness concepts

Virtual-reality environment concepts being evaluated for relaxation practice, focus practice, and guided wellness exercises. No headset compatibility or availability is confirmed.

AI-supported summaries

AI-supported summary concepts intended to organize user-provided information for educational review, subject to appropriate human oversight and the user's own judgement. Functionality is not confirmed.
